Because my husband is a builder, whenever I see cool looking tools, I check them out. I had just seen a video for the ProTra-Watcher® Extreme Ruler, and noticed it was about $21, and their website was saying it was marked down $60. Seriously? For a few pieces of plastic?

I was a bit skeptical, so I went over to Amazon (as you know, Amazon is one of my favorite sites to shop), and looked for this tool. While I didn’t see the ProTra-Watcher by name, I DID see this best-seller – the  ASDOMO Angle-izer Template Tool, Multi-Angle Measuring Ruler, General Angleizer Template Ruler.

If you compare photos for similar products, the ASDOMO tool looks to be an exact or near-exact replica of the brand name. Is it possible that this is a general tool that the ProTra-Watcher folks branded? I honestly don’t know.

But, no matter what, it looks like a really neat item, and so I decided top post it here, especially since on Amazon it’s only $5 ($3 + $1.99 Shipping). I can’t speak for others, but to me, I’d be willing to take a chance for $5. 🙂
