Comments Off on $1,250 LulzBot Mini Desktop 3D Printer FREE SHIPPING!
The LulzBot Mini Desktop 3D printer is currently listed on sale for only $1,250 plus free shipping at Amazon – sold directly from Aleph LulzBot (not a second-hand dealer or other reseller). As it turns out, we were talking about cool 3D printers likt the new Glowforge, and someone mentioned the LulzBot Mini Desktop 3D Printer as an option that happens to be a little more affordable at the present. (*see footnote below this listing for the initial info we saw about the Glowforge.) And, while I didn’t start out this listing to be a review of the LulzBot Mini, it sort of is as I read through all my notes!
But anyway, one of the reasons we’re so fond of Amazon when it comes to certain cool things like this that if an item has a good track record, it’s easy enough to see in their reviews.
And the LulzBot Mini Desktop model has (at the time of this writing) a very high 4.6 out of 5 star rating. More than 70 people have reviewed it, with 86% of those at a solid 5 stars. (click the image to go directly to the listing if you wish)
So, I went to find out what most people were saying about it, and the top 5-star review comes from a verified buyer (meaning he actually purchased the product and wasn’t faking it or pretending to have bought it) by the name of Erik H, and instead of quoting the text, I’m just going to put a screenshot of his review so you can see it right here – I put it large so you can read it more easily: (then, scroll on down for the rest of the article)
So, that seems pretty thorough, and might be something you may wish to consider if you, too are looking to venture into the world of 3D printing. It amazes me what you can do with these things!
There are a few additional points we’d like to make about the LulzBot Mini – and one is that it’s built in Loveland, Colorado USA. Furthermore, their documentation and support gets high marks, and the printer comes with a full one-year warranty (that also includes a year of phone and email support which I imagine will be VERY handy!) Also, they have a very active and helpful forum – so this is something that I personally find extremely valuable when buying a piece of equipment where I think I might need some support – or even to just learn some other user hacks and see what other people are making with this thing!
Which brings me to this video… If you’d like to see it, check out the LulzBot Mini Desktop 3D Printer in action right here:
Seriously – isn’t this the absolute coolest thing? I love it! This is one of those “wanna have it” items that will probably be in every home before long, because who ISN’T going to want to create 3D stuff? Anyway, the LulzBot Mini Desktop 3D Printer can be yours by clicking either of the images above (the product or review image) or our link above this listing, or by Clicking Here.
*Right now, the Glowforge (which is a 3D Laser Printer) is being pre-sold for $2,395 for the Basic model – and it hasn’t actually been manufactured just yet (that’s why they are in the pre-order stage). They’ll also have more expensive models, but I think we’ll let that rest for the time being (the Glowforge Pro + Air Filter pre-order price is currently marked down from the $8,000.00 MSRP to $4,795.00, and the Glowforge Basic + Air Filter pre-order price is marked down on their site from the $5,000.00 MSRP to $2,995.00 in case you were curious).
