Hi! Before I explain why we’re switching over to RSP Nutrition’s TrueFit grassfed whey protein meal replacement powder, I just need to let you know that IdealShape is now officially known as “exante” – same product, just a new name and look.

Since we first used this meal replacement shake, a lot has happened. My husband wound up with throat cancer (he’s fine now!), and during that period, we needed meal replacement shakes. It’s nothing at all against exante – just that we needed the “cleanest” ingredients – no sucralose, no maltodextrin, no oil-based “creamer” additives, etc. So, that’s where we’re at. We honestly just like RSP’s brand better at this point. The ingredients are stellar. See it here.

I think if you need weight loss, just start looking carefully at the ingredients. I don’t know how RSP’s TrueFit would do for that, but I can tell you that it’s extremely high quality.
